{"id":1777,"date":"2015-03-10T11:24:01","date_gmt":"2015-03-10T10:24:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ppr.foncier.fr\/?p=1777"},"modified":"2018-10-01T11:24:32","modified_gmt":"2018-10-01T09:24:32","slug":"communication-cieff-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ppr.foncier.fr\/en\/communication-cieff-10\/","title":{"rendered":"Communication &#8211; CieFF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"chapo\">Information relating to the exposure of Compagnie de Financement Foncier to Heta Asset Resolution AG<\/p>\n<p>On 1 March 2015, under the Federal Act on the Recovery and Resolution of Banks (Bundesgesetz \u00fcber die Sanierung und Abwicklung von Banken) effective since 1 January 2015, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA \u2013 Finanzmarktaufsicht) issued a decree initiating the resolution of Heta Asset Resolution AG, previously Hypo Alpe Adria Bank International AG, responsible for managing the legacy assets of Hypo Alpe Adria in run-off, and imposed a temporary moratorium until 31 May 2016 on a substantial part of the debt of entity (capital and interests).<\/p>\n<p>Compagnie de Financement Foncier notes this decision and states that the nominal value of its exposure to Heta Asset Resolution AG, affected by this moratorium, amounts to EUR 260 million.
