It proves the quality of its cover pool and demonstrates the soundness and stability of refinancing model of Cr\u00e9dit Foncier, affiliate of Groupe BPCE.<\/p>\n In addition, Cr\u00e9dit Foncier was equally rated by Scope Ratings and it now benefits from AA- rating with a stable outlook.<\/p>\n Furthermore, the privileged debt issues of Compagnie de Financement Foncier continue to benefit from the best-possible rating from Standard & Poor\u2019s and Moody\u2019s, AAA and Aaa respectively.<\/p>\n\n
